According to Adriana, her diet (and ultimately her figure) hinges on a steadfast adherence to portion control. As the day goes on, she keeps consuming smaller and smaller servings of food. This allows her to have enough energy throughout the day yet keep her light on the calories at night before going to bed.
She starts off with a healthy heap of food at breakfast that normally consists of egg whites, coffee, milk and either oatmeal (with raisins) or muesli (with yogurt and honey). Lunch time sees her consume some amount of fish, chicken or red meat, paired with vegetables. Dinner is an extremely light of a small salad. To keep off hunger pangs throughout the day, she takes regular snacks of cucumbers and carrots, along with a piece of chocolate (a once-a-day treat) and a spoonful of raw honey.
Adriana claims that the small portion she eats at night helps her sleep better, while the honey is supposed to help her immune system. The diet seems good although folks trying to copy her eating regimen might want to do so with a little more salad during evenings. A lot of people tend to get hungry late into the night and a little heavier dinner might prove enough to keep that situation at bay. Since it’s salad, it shouldn’t pack on much additional calories as long as you watch the dressing!
