All girls try lose weight (or work hard to maintain their already-slim frames) before their wedding.  It’s just a fact of life.  No matter how unhealthy their diets are before the big date, they’ll usually be working for a better physique at least a month or two before marching down the aisle.

Natasha Bedingfield already has a pretty nice figure but she’s hard at work to look even better for her upcoming wedding to fiance Matt Robinson.  The British star who brought us hits like “These Words” and “Frogs and Princes” has been reported to be on a serious mission to get in perfect shape.

Natasha Bedingfield’s Diet

According to Natasha, she sticks to the Zone Diet, which is a low-carb plan that recommends a 30% fat, 30% protein and 40% carbohydrate meal ratio.  She’s been on the same diet for a while, though, and currently just works to keep it up.

Exercise

What she has amped up in preparation for the big day, though, is exercise.  She currently works out every day - that’s seven out of the week.  According to the singer, since she was already on a good diet, she figured more exercise should tone her up fast and make her beauty shine out even more.
